I have a Bachelor of Science in Nutrition, and I worked as a registered clinical dietitian for many years. I am equipped to support members in achieving their goals through both diet and fitness. Not only when you get a great workout when you join my classes, but you’ll also receive a great support system where you’ll find accountability and encouragement. There is something for everyone in group fitness!
Alicia Gregory
I successfully completed both a 200-hour yoga and a 50-hour AiReal yoga teacher training program. I help students feel great while exploring their boundaries and building strength and confidence in mind and body as they safely exercise in a way that's unique! AiReal Yoga gives students of all ages, genders, and body types an opportunity to strengthen their bodies, relax their minds, and work on flexibility and balance.

I am a Certified Personal Trainer and Group Fitness Instructor. It is my passion to help clients, both one-on-one and in group settings, reach their goals in a healthy and sustainable way. Aside from private sessions, I teach Pilates and Indoor Cycling. My goal for every workout is to create an experience whether that is in the form of low-impact bodyweight strengthening, high-intensity cardio, or weight training.

I have enjoyed Pilates since 2009 when I joined the Elite family so I decided to get certified in 2014.
Pilates is an excellent addition to your workouts regardless of age or gender. The benefits not only help with core work but also your balance as well as connecting mind and body through strengthening and stretching exercises.
